Everything you need to know about drops, orders, shipping, and caring for your piece.

I release pieces in collections through scheduled drops rather than maintaining constant inventory. Between drops, you won't see anything listed — this is normal. It allows me to focus on creating cohesive collections and ensuring each piece meets my quality standards.

A drop is when I release a new collection of stained glass pieces all at once. Each drop features unique, handcrafted designs that are available until sold out.

Due to high demand, pieces often sell out fast — sometimes within minutes. To improve your chances:

  • Have your shipping info saved ahead of time
  • Join my newsletter for exact drop dates and times
  • Set a reminder so you don't miss it
  • Browse previews on social media and decide what you want in advance

As a solo artist, I release drops when I've completed enough pieces for a collection. Because each piece is handmade, the timing varies — but I generally aim for a new collection every 2–3 months. Sign up for my newsletter to stay in the loop.

The drop model allows me to focus on curated, cohesive collections, maintain the quality standards I hold myself to, and manage my workload as a solo artist. It also gives me the space to share my creative process with the community around each release.

Each piece is handcrafted through a detailed process that can take days to weeks depending on complexity — covering design, glass cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering, patina, and finishing. Every step is done by me.

Yes — occasionally I open pre-orders for popular designs from past collections. These are still handmade by me, so please allow several weeks for production. I announce pre-orders via my newsletter and social media.

I'm so grateful for the interest in my work — at this time, I'm not accepting commissions so I can fully dedicate myself to ongoing pieces and future drops. Thank you for understanding.

Sometimes! I occasionally open pre-orders for especially popular designs. The best way to stay informed is to join my newsletter.

Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials and fully insured for safe delivery. Stained glass is fragile, and I take packaging seriously — I want it to arrive safely in your hands.

Yes — I ship worldwide. A few things to keep in mind:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees
  • Shipping times vary based on country and customs processing
  • All packages are insured and include tracking

For any piece valued at $300 or more, a signature is required at delivery. Be sure someone is available to sign, or consider using a work address or local pickup location.

Hang it from a sturdy hook screwed into a secure material, like a wall stud. Suction cups can work but carry some risk — use them with caution.

A gentle dusting with a microfiber cloth is usually all you need. Avoid chemical cleaners like Windex — they can damage the solder. For extra shine, a small amount of car wax or furniture polish works well.

My pieces are made with lead-free solder, but some designs use lead came borders, which are common in traditional stained glass. While each piece is sealed, it's still good practice to wash your hands with warm, soapy water after handling — and keep pieces away from children and pets.

Choose a spot that is:

  • Out of reach of children or pets
  • Safe from getting bumped or knocked over
  • Free of harsh cleaning products
  • Anchored with secure hanging hardware

Because each piece is handmade and fragile, I don't accept returns or exchanges. That said, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me right away and I'll make it right.
