FAQ
About My Drops
Why can't I see any items for sale right now?
I release my pieces in collections through scheduled drops rather than maintaining constant inventory. Between drops, you won’t see anything listed—this is normal! It allows me to focus on creating cohesive collections and ensuring each piece meets my quality standards.
What is a "drop"?
A drop is when I release a new collection of stained glass pieces all at once. Each drop features unique, handcrafted designs that are available until sold out.
How quickly do drops sell out?
Due to high demand, pieces often sell out fast—sometimes within minutes. To improve your chances of getting a piece, I recommend:
- Having your shipping info saved ahead of time
- Joining my newsletter for exact drop dates and times
- Setting a reminder
- Browsing previews on social media and deciding what you want in advance
How often do you release new drops?
As a solo artist, I release drops when I’ve completed enough pieces for a collection. Because each piece is handmade, the timing varies—but I generally aim for a new collection every 2–3 months. Sign up for my newsletter to stay in the loop.
Purchasing & Availability
How can I prepare for a drop?
Here’s how to give yourself the best shot at snagging a piece:
- Sign up for my newsletter for drop announcements
- Follow me on social media for sneak peeks
- Create an account on my site in advance
- Save your shipping and payment info
- Decide which pieces you want before drop time
- Be online and ready a few minutes before launch
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! Occasionally I open pre-orders for popular designs from past collections. These are still handmade by me, so please allow several weeks for production. I announce pre-orders via my newsletter and social media.
Custom Orders are Closed
I'm incredibly grateful for the support and interest in my work! At this time, I’m not accepting commissions so I can fully dedicate myself to ongoing pieces and future drops. Thank you for understanding.
Why do you use the drop model?
The drop model allows me to:
- Focus on cohesive, curated collections
- Maintain high quality standards
- Share my creative process with my community
- Create excitement around releases
- Manage my workload as a solo artist
How long does it take to make each piece?
Each stained glass piece is handcrafted through a detailed process that can take days to weeks depending on complexity. This includes design, glass cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering, patina, and finishing - every step is done by me.
After a Drop

- Join my newsletter to hear about future collections
- Contact me if you’re curious about similar pieces that may appear in upcoming drops
Will you remake a sold-out piece?
Sometimes! I occasionally open pre-orders for especially popular designs.
Shipping
How do you package and ship your pieces?
Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials and fully insured for safe delivery. I take packaging seriously- stained glass is fragile, and I want it to arrive safely in your hands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide. Please note:
- Buyers are responsible for customs/import fees
- Shipping times vary based on country and customs processing
- All packages are insured and include tracking
Are there any special delivery requirements?
Yes - for any piece valued at $300 or more, a signature is required at delivery. Be sure someone is available to sign, or consider using a work address or local pickup location.
Care & Safety
How should I hang my stained glass piece?
Hang it from a sturdy hook screwed into a secure material (like a wall stud). Suction cups can work, but they’re risky - use with caution.
How do I clean my stained glass piece?
A gentle dusting with a microfiber cloth usually does the trick. Avoid chemical cleaners like Windex, as they can damage the solder. If you want extra shine, a bit of car wax or furniture polish can help.
Is there anything I should know about handling the pieces?
Yes! My pieces are made with lead-free solder, but some designs use lead came borders, which are common in traditional stained glass. While each piece is sealed, it’s still a good idea to wash your hands with warm, soapy water after handling.
Think of it like raw chicken—just wash your hands after, and definitely don’t put it in your mouth. 😂
Are there any safety precautions I should take?
Absolutely. Keep in mind:
- Lead is only dangerous if ingested
- Always wash hands after handling
- Keep pieces away from pets and children
- Hang pieces securely
- Handle with care—they’re fragile works of art
Where should I display my piece?
Pick a location that is:
- Out of reach of children or pets
- Safe from getting bumped or knocked over
- Free of harsh cleaning products
- Anchored with secure hanging hardware
How often should I clean my piece?
Only as needed! Gentle dusting is usually enough. If it’s looking dull, polish it with car wax or furniture polish. No harsh cleaners, ever.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is handmade and fragile, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me immediately
