Shipping policy

At Lehigh Glass, I am committed to providing you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. This shipping policy outlines important information about processing and delivering your order.

Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, I will begin working on your order. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the item and my current workload. Generally, orders are processed within 1 week, most of the time sooner. If there are any delays, I will contact you via email to provide an updated timeline.

Shipping Methods
I ship all orders via UPS, which typically takes 1-5 business days for delivery within the United States. If you require a faster shipping method or are located outside the US, please contact me before placing your order to discuss options and additional costs.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the USPS website.

International Shipping
I am happy to ship orders internationally. However, please note that international shipping may take longer and be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred during the international shipping process.

Packaging
I take great care in packaging each item securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All stained glass pieces are wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy boxes to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Local Pickup
If you are located near Allentown, PA you are welcome to arrange local pickup of your order. Please contact me before placing your order to discuss this option and schedule a pickup time.
